Information you provide directly. When you use our contact form, apply for a position, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, cover letter, resume, and employment history.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 4 — for example, pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a cookie consent tool that sorts cookies into four categories. Except for Functional cookies, nothing in these categories runs until you choose “Accept All” or enable a specific category in Cookie Settings; if you choose “Deny,” none of them run.

• Functional — required for the Site to work (e.g., remembering your cookie choice, basic security). These cannot be turned off.
• Preferences — remembers choices like language or region.
• Statistics — helps us understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We also load fonts directly from Google’s servers (Google Fonts), which discloses your IP address to Google as part of that request.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to: operate and improve the Site; respond to inquiries and job applications; understand aggregate site usage; and, where you’ve consented, measure and deliver advertising.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act’s broad definition, our use of advertising tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and TikTok Pixel may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, because it discloses identifiers to those companies for advertising purposes. You can opt out of this at any time by declining the Marketing category in Cookie Settings, or automatically by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Everyone. Use the “Cookie Settings” link on the Site at any time to review or change what you’ve consented to.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we’ve collected, request deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” described in Section 6. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 12.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically treat that as a request to opt out of the sharing described in Section 6, without you needing to take any additional action.

If data protection law of the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction applies to you, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details in Section 12 to exercise these rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain job application and contact-form information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Cookie-based information is retained per the durations listed in Section 4.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
